What a fun family! Max came into the studio and went straight to the play kitchen while his parents and I said hello. We went over outfits, and because I was running on holiday time, I hadn’t checked with them beforehand on backdrop choice. So we chose a gray backdrop, because they had black T-shirts, blue jeans, and tan colored accents.
We started with family pictures and worked our way through Max jumping around. Max is 3 and kept leaving the photo shoot because making wooden pizza in the play kitchen was more interesting than cuddling with Mom and Dad. We broke out the snacks and he got back into the swing of things, showing us how high he could jump, and how many funny expressions he could make.
Mike and Penny chose an album so that they could make additional prints from the high resolution files that come with the album. It was fun to help guide them through my favorite images to create a book that shows their family connection at this point in their lives. Not to mention the fact that Max has the best facial expressions!
